AI Rap Song Generator: Make a Full Rap Song Free, Then a Video (2026)

GetRapVideo's AI rap song generator makes a full original rap song for free: you type who it is about and what to say, AI writes the lyrics, and about a minute later you hear the whole song with a beat and a rapping voice. You get a couple of free songs a day, with no sign-up. If you want more than audio, you can turn 15 seconds of the song into a rap video of a real person, or your dog or cat, for $9.90.

How to make a rap song in 3 steps

1. Tell it who and what

On the home page, type:

• Who's rapping? A name. It ends up in the lyrics, usually in the chorus.
• What's it about? Inside jokes, hobbies, a story, a brag. The more specific, the better the bars.
• Vibe: hype, funny, roast, love, birthday or Christmas.

Tap Write my lyrics. You get a verse of about eight lines and a four-line chorus, written to be easy to rap. The lyrics are clean: no profanity, no real artists or brands, no copied songs.

2. Edit the lyrics

Everything is editable. Change a word that does not rhyme, add a nickname, cut a line that falls flat. Keep the [Verse] and [Chorus] tags on their own lines so the song keeps its shape. You can also skip the AI and choose I have my own lyrics to paste your own. See tips for better AI rap lyrics.

3. Pick a beat and a voice

Pick a male or female voice and tap Make my song. In about a minute, the full song is ready to play in your browser.

What you get, and what you don't

• A full original song, verse and chorus, with a beat and AI vocals. It is made for you, not taken from a library.
• Free to listen, as many times as you like. A couple of new songs a day; songs you made today stay available.
• No famous voices. The vocals are an AI rapper, not a clone of any real artist. Requests for celebrity voices or names are refused.
• No MP3 download today. The song lives on the page as the soundtrack for your video. Once you make a video, the 15 seconds you picked are the video's audio.

If you want a standalone track to release on streaming services, a dedicated AI music app is a better fit. GetRapVideo is built for the next step: putting the song in someone's mouth.

From song to video

Most people do not want a rap song about their friend sitting in a file. They want to see the friend rap it. That is the part GetRapVideo is built for:

1. Pick 15 seconds of your song with the slider. The chorus is usually the best pick.
2. Upload one photo of the person (or pet), face visible.
3. Pay once ($9.90, or 3 videos for $19.90).

About 5 minutes later the person in the photo raps those 15 seconds to the camera in a recording booth, lip-synced, with your song as the soundtrack: a vertical 9:16 MP4 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. The video model is MiniMax H3, a third-party AI video model. See how to make an AI rap video for the full walkthrough and which photos work best.

Ideas that make good songs

• Birthday rap: name, age, three things they love, one embarrassing story they would laugh at.
• Hype song for a teammate: position, best moment of the season, nickname.
• Love song: how you met, a habit you adore, a place that is "yours".
• Friendly roast: always late, terrible at directions, steals fries. Keep it to things they joke about themselves.
• Christmas rap: family traditions, the gift they always get, the relative who burns the cookies. See personalized Christmas rap videos.

FAQ

Is the AI rap song generator free?

Yes. Writing lyrics and making the full song are free, a couple of songs a day, with no account. Only the rap video is paid.

Can I download the song as an MP3?

Not as a separate file right now. The song plays on the page, and the 15 seconds you pick become the soundtrack of your rap video.

Can it rap in a famous rapper's voice?

No. Every song uses an original AI voice, male or female. We do not clone real artists' voices.

Can I post the song on TikTok or Reels?

Yes, as part of your rap video. The song is original, so you are not reusing a copyrighted track. Use the platform's AI label when it asks.

How long is the song?

A verse and a chorus, so usually longer than the 15 seconds a video uses. You pick which part the video raps.
