Pick the Hotel Lobby CapCut template for the original Migos audio, free, in a few taps. Pick Hotel Lobby AI for a song that's yours.
The AI route writes lyrics about the two of you and makes a vertical video you can post without reusing a copyrighted recording. The template costs nothing. Our video costs $9.90, and the lyrics and your first song each day are free. GetRapVideo is not affiliated with CapCut, TikTok, Migos or COLORS.
What the CapCut template is
Here's the most used Hotel Lobby template on CapCut, as of October 26, 2026:
- Photos: two.
- Clip: 14 seconds, 16:9 landscape, two people at an orange wall with a hanging mic.
- Song: the original "Hotel Lobby" by Quavo and Takeoff.
- Uses: about 1.38 million since it was created on September 16, 2026.
It's cooling off, adding only about 1,300 uses a day by late October. A second template, "Hotel Lobby BestieEd," makes a 10-second vertical 9:16 version and had about 73,000 uses. Both are free inside CapCut.
What the AI version does differently
On GetRapVideo you also upload two photos, but the song is made for you:
- The AI writes a duet from your two names: a verse each and a chorus together (free, editable).
- We make an original trap song in two voices (your first song each day is free), and you listen to all of it.
- You pick 15 seconds, upload two photos and pay once. About 5 minutes later you get a 15-second, vertical 9:16 MP4 with sound. You're both at the orange wall, taking turns at the hanging mic, lip-synced to your song.

Which one should you pick?
Pick the CapCut template if you want the exact meme with the real song, you're fine with a landscape clip, and you don't want to spend anything. It's fast, and it's the version most people recognize.
Pick the AI version if you want:
- A song about you two. The lyrics name both of you (or your cats) and your own jokes. That's what makes friends watch twice.
- Vertical video for TikTok, Reels and Shorts without cropping.
- No reused recording. Platforms can mute or remove clips that use songs their rights holders haven't cleared. An original song avoids that question. We never use the Migos track or the artists' likeness. Here's why we don't use the original song.
- Pets. It works with two cats, two dogs, or you and your pet. See how to make Hotel Lobby AI with your cats.
The honest downside: ours is paid, and it's not the original song. If the recognizable Migos hook is the whole point for you, the template is the better fit.
Photo rules for both
Use only photos you have the right to use: yourself, or someone who agreed. No celebrities, no real rappers, no minors. For best results, use two sharp, front-facing photos in good light, one person or pet in each. Each needs at least 300 pixels on each side (JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC on our side).
